Tucked away near the gothic corner of 26th and Broadway, there’s a garden in full bloom. Step into Il Fiorista and you’ll be welcomed by an entryway table bursting with bouquets of floral arrangements. We’ll be frequenting this new Italian all-day spot in 2020—it’s steps away from our New York City showroom.

Il Fiorista’s dining room extends into a glowing space that’s right on track with what New York diners are looking for. Executive Chef Garrison Price sourced dinnerware patterns that would speak to a curated, homemade space that still very much hosts itself as a restaurant. Price’s attention to detail and support for sustainable manufacturing is why we’re featuring him as the face of our Total Food Service advertisement this year.
PAX by Figgjo Norway, a collection of dinnerware featuring unique beveled edges and earthy, hand-sprayed colorways, serves as the canvas for most of Price’s menu.
Complementing Figgjo’s high gloss, culinary grade porcelain is the sleek, satin-matte finish of Felt+Fat. The small batch, made-in-Philadelphia perfectionist in porcelain that’s on the horizon for even more greatness with the dawn of a new decade, and new production methods.
The selection of these two preferred partners showcases the collaborative dynamic at the core of dinnerware manufacturing and distribution.

We’re proud to feature these brands in our booth during the International Restaurant & Foodservice Show this year. Join us March 8th-10th and see it for yourself! For complimentary admission to the show, click here.
