Eataly has done it again with TERRA, just in time for summer. LA has a new watering hole, and we couldn’t think of a dreamier rooftop to perch. It’s about more than just people-watching, though. Taking inspiration from earth, gin and fire, TERRA emphasizes the garden, the bar, and the oven, and balances all three.
The exposed, wood-burning oven is used for everything from coal roasted heirloom carrots to wood-fired rotisserie chicken. The pit master chefs plates onto our exclusive Chena Matte White dinnerware. This contemporary collection is perfect for the refined yet casual space and stands up to the rigors of outdoor service.
Dusk dinnerware by Serax is a clay-colored accent that fits the spirit and name of the space beautifully. It plays well with the Chena Matte White Baja bowl for showing off shared plates and salads.
Contrasting all the matte dinnerware is Eataly’s signature use of Gio Ponti flatware from Sambonet. The modern, wide, 18/10 stainless steel pattern is made in Italy, naturally. Its unique curve is reminiscent of a piece of pappardelle.
Completing the tabletop is Spiegelau’s timeless glassware. TERRA is using it to serve an extensive list of refreshing, botanical, gin cocktails, sure to keep you cool in the sun.
