Okay, so we’re not actually going to list 100 reasons…that would be aggressive, even by our standards. HOWEVER – it is worth mentioning that the 2018 International Restaurant & Foodservice Show of New York will be our company’s 100th anniversary, so you’re bound to witness some tabletop greatness if you can attend. We’d love to have you—our treat!

The show takes place at the Javits Center on March 4th, 5th, and 6th. Please send us an email at littlemtucker@mtucker.com to schedule a meeting with one of our tabletop and equipment experts if you’d like a personal tour of our booth space—all 20,000 square feet of it. And if you’re still not sure about visiting us in the hottest NYC neighborhood in 2018, here’s a list of highlights to look forward to:

  1. Our friends from Figgjo are flying in from Norway. You’ll get the chance to see some of their amazing new culinary-grade porcelain on display, as well as industry-leading custom décor capabilities.
  2. PolyScience—the masterminds behind your favorite kitchen gadgets—will be in our booth giving demonstrations of the relaunched Anti-Griddle, the Control Freak Induction cooker, and much more
  3. Kitchen Arts & Letter will be hosting celebrity book signings with names you might recognize. Visit our booth, and you’re bound to bump into some seriously inspirational talent—including long-time customers, Chefs Joseph Johnson and Claus Meyer!
  4. Haand Hospitality is cooking something else in time for the show—in their North Carolina-based kilns, that is. We look forward to displaying a plethora of Haand’s handmade dinnerware in a variety of hues and shapes.
  5. Culinary Wood Designs is whittling away at an exclusive collection of wooden products designed specifically for foodservice. You can learn more about CWD and why we love their sustainably harvested products here.
  6. We’ll have a bar. Because…how could we not? The HGB speakeasy will be the perfect place for you to hang your hat and test out some of the most stunning glassware available on the market today.
  7. Our employees’ aprons will be custom designed by Tilit, the New York City-based chef attire manufacturer that we’ve been rocking for years! The Tilit team will be onsite with an impressive display of threads!
  8. We’re having a sale! EVERY item on the show floor is for sale—and at great prices. For a limited time only, we’ll be giving away free goods for purchases made on the show floor.
  9. There will be CAKES. It is a birthday party after all;) In addition to satisfying your sweet tooth, we have factory partners making fresh pasta, mocktails, brick oven pizza and more.
  10. Meet the people who will be your partners for the rest of your career. Our team of hospitality experts will be on the show floor, ready to meet you. We want to learn who you are, what you’re working on, and how we can help. Let’s teach one another something new!
