Eataly has done it again with TERRA, just in time for summer. LA has a new watering hole, and we couldn’t think of a dreamier rooftop to perch. It’s about more than just people-watching, though. Taking inspiration from earth, gin and fire, TERRA emphasizes the garden, the bar, and the oven, and balances all three.

Close your eyes and picture a classic French brasserie. Now turn up the volume. Welcome to La Cafette, a cool and relaxed rotisserie that draws inspiration from the past, but in a very contemporary way.
Just outside the northeast corner of Philadelphia, you’ll find Kensington, a neighborhood that would remind any New Yorker of Bushwick. It’s industrial, with working and abandoned factories neighboring each other and some subsidized housing neighboring new lofts. It’s a little rough, but, it’s “on the rise.”
